Spatial Labs is a pioneering retail store dedicated to offering innovative products and outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail location.

As a Store Manager, you inspire top performance from your team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. You lead by example, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer focus. By fostering a positive work environment and developing strong relationships with staff and customers, you enhance loyalty to Spatial Labs. Your role includes managing inventory, implementing company policies, and collaborating with corporate partners to achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance lunch breaks, create schedules, prepare reports, and ensure active employee engagement.

  • Address and resolve issues promptly, monitor inventory, supervise returns and exchanges, and maintain a professional store environment.

  • Enforce company policies, manage introductory periods, ensure uniform compliance, and handle attendance issues.

  • Manage terminal operations, returns, exchanges, and store credit processes.

  • Conduct restock requests, maintain accurate inventory records, and order supplies.

  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new staff, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Oversee cleaning procedures and schedule external cleaning crews.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience and familiarity with technology products, as the role involves selling technology products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in using POS systems.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.
