As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you are the face of Spatial Labs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, maintain store appearance, and support the store team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Promote and sell products, helping customers find items and understand their features and benefits.

• Experience and familiarity with technology products, as the role involves selling technology products.

• Assist in opening and closing procedures, manage cash register operations, and process transactions accurately.

• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

• Follow company policies regarding dress code, phone usage, attendance, and customer interactions.

• Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle responsibility.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
