We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is a polished, tactful professional capable of working independently, possessing outstanding organizational skills, and understanding the importance of tasks at hand without requiring significant training.

Above all, this role requires one of confidence between internal leadership and external comms.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Iddris to organize, prioritize, and manage his daily schedule and tasks.

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage internal and external communications on behalf of Iddris.

  • Ensure efficient and effective time management to maximize Iddris’s productivity.

  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.

  • Assist with planning, research, and administrative tasks as necessary.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication.

  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed to support the dynamic needs of the company.

  • Approach all tasks with a positive attitude and a willingness to get things done, regardless of the nature of the task.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the tech industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

  • Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in at an early stage startup(Seed-Series A).

  • Familiarity with the hardware or software SAAS industry

  • General knowledge around fashion manufacturing or production.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings.

  • Prior experience in a similar role supporting a C-level executive at an Early Stage Company.
